QUALIFICATIONS:  Vermont and National Registered Paramedic.  VT Firefighter 1.  Chauffer for all trucks in the station.

OTHER INFORMATION:  I started my career in Emergency Services while in high-school.  I took Vermont's version of First Responder and began riding with the local Rescue Squad.  In July of 1991 I started work as a dispatcher for the Lamoille County Communications Center.   In August of 1991 I joined the Fire Department.  That fall I went to Paramedic school at New Hampshire Technical Institute and received my Associates Degree in Science.  In February of 1994, I moved to Elmira New York to pursue my paramedic career with Erway Ambulance Service and the Arnot Ogden Medical Center.  While in New York I was a volunteer firefighter with Millport and Horseheads Fire Departments.  In February of 1997 I decided to head back home and pursue careers in my own back yard.  I was appointed to MFD that March.  I also returned to the Lamoille County Communication Center, where I became a certified Enhanced-911 dispatcher.  I attended the Vermont Part Time Basic Police Academy and was sworn in as a Deputy Sheriff in December 1997.  Currently I am employed by the Lamoille County Communications Center as a full time dispatcher.
